5-Year Warranty

Every Steadypet Fountain is covered against manufacturing defects for 5 years. If the pump or fountain fails through normal use, we'll repair or replace it free.

How to start a return or claim

1. Email support@steadypet.com with your order number and a quick note.
2. We'll reply within 1 business day with next steps.
3. Once approved, refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• For hygiene reasons, opened replacement filters can't be returned unless faulty.
